Every summer the

Wimberley Village Library

offers an

Incentive Reading Program.

Research is clear that children who don't read during the summer can lose up to three months of reading progress and that loss has a cumulative effect.  The incentive reading program  is available for children ages 2 years though high school. Reading logs can be picked up at the library.  When a log is completed it can redeemed at the library for prizes. The incentive reading program begins the last day of school.
